just my luck.

hi all sorry i haven't 'blogged' for a while life has just been playing me bad cards lately,and ive been busy setting up a facebook page(if your on facebook please look me up as wyldewoodpyro )all in all its been a roller-coaster of a ride.
So where am i up to ? ooh yes for the last few months i've been working on an old piece ,one id started over a year ago and never finished so i though id do a bit more.the main bit of it is the hare i use in all my profile pics ,i started of finishing the hare.I burned the shaded areas so that it gives it a little depth before i cut over it with the fur markings before a final shade over the top all the detailing in the face had already been done .
Next i started on the background adding grass and the trees and plants,again drawing in the details before shading working them over and over till they were the way i wanted.shading the main part took the most time as it was the grass of the field.one slip up caused me a near breakdown,as it was in the sky and very visible,but with a little imagination i managed to fix it with the placing of a bird,a buzzard in fact.the picture still is'nt finished yet but i feel better for doing a bit more.we shall see when i finally get to finish it ....if ever . anyway thanks for reading,ill be back soon in the mean time feel free to check out my website www.wyldewoodpyro.com on facebook and twitter as wyldewoodpyro.brightblessings to all ~nikki~
